so many discoveries have been made about human body and still we don't know so much!what practices are the best for the mind? what food is the most nourishing and useful for our bodies? we all discover ourselves via experiments, so like you don't know is sunflower lecithin bad for you or will bring benefits, unless you try it on your own. but the experiment may end badly for your health. so tell me, how do you keep your body and mind clear, healthy and strong?
